This is exercise is not only good for demonstrating decision-making principles but is also a good energiser in its own right. Divide the participants into groups of 4-6. Give them a road atlas or a map of the local area and ask them to decide, without using Google Maps etc, which is the best route between two points. When they have reached their decision, it might be an interesting exercise to compare their result with Google Maps etc. Debrief by asking what processes and criteria they used to reach agreement and arrive at a decision - and any differences between their decision and the one provided by artificial intelligence.
